There are a few days we know we will remember — a wedding day, a child’s birth. This life is mostly everyday moments which do not reveal their significance until later, when we discover they are engraved upon our memories. There are never too many opportunities to let those I treasure know of my love, but only too many lost opportunities stolen away by something trivial.
Lord let me love others as You do. Let my eyes gloss over all the trivialities that would steal life and love away. Let me understand how to convey my love in such a way that others know they are more important to me than life itself.
